Check homework from a photo
Add the task and your child’s solution. AI helps identify mistakes, offers a hint and explains how you can help your child understand. Free, without signing up.
How do I check homework with AI?
From a notebook photo to a hint you can use while studying together.
Add the task and solution
Take a clear photo, add a PDF or paste the text. Include the working steps as well as the question.
Review the transcription and feedback
Check that AI read the work correctly. See what looks right, where a mistake appears and what cannot be assessed.
Help your child understand
Start with the hint. Use the explanation for parents and reveal the full solution only when you need it.
One mistake. A concrete way to talk it through.
This original example is available without uploading anything. It shows how the feedback is presented.
Transcribed task
Solve the equation 2x + 3 = 11.
Transcribed student solution
2x = 8, so x = 8.
What does the solution show?
Subtracting 3 from both sides is correct. The step from 2x = 8 to x = 8 omits dividing both sides by 2.
A hint for your child
If two equal values of x add up to 8, what is one x?
How can I explain this to my child?
2x means twice the same number. Divide 8 blocks into two equal groups together. Each group has 4 blocks, so x = 4.

Homework checking — questions and answers
Is the AI homework checker free?
Yes. Without an account, you can make 3 review attempts per 24 hours, covering up to 5 tasks per report. Correcting a transcription and checking again uses another attempt. Reading and downloading reports is free. The shared tool allowance can run out during high traffic.
Can I check homework from notebook photos or PDFs?
Yes. Add up to 4 files, 10 MB total: PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, JPG, PNG or WebP. Scanned PDFs are supported. Photos should include both the task and solution; split large materials into smaller sections.
What if AI misreads my child’s handwriting?
The report shows the transcribed task and answer. Choose “Correct transcription”, edit the text and move it into the form. A new review uses the corrected text without old photos and consumes another attempt. Unreadable work should not be labelled right or wrong.
Can I add only a question without a solution?
This tool reviews work that has already been attempted. Include your child’s answer as text or in a photo. If the solution or necessary information is missing, the report will explain that it cannot assess reliably.
Does the result replace a teacher’s assessment?
No. The report supports studying together and is not a formal grade. AI can make transcription, calculation or interpretation errors. Verify explanations against your source material; open-ended work may require assessment criteria.
Where are reports saved, and do I need an account?
No account is needed. Up to 20 reports are saved in this browser’s localStorage, without original files. Reports contain transcribed tasks and answers; people using the same browser profile can see them. They do not sync across devices, and clearing site data removes them. You can download a CSV copy.
